About IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), as envisioned under the revised framework of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), is a strategic, data-driven, and continuous quality assurance mechanism established in higher education institutions. Under the latest NAAC guidelines (Revised Accreditation Framework updates and ongoing reforms), IQAC is no longer limited to periodic quality checks but functions as a central system for sustained institutional improvement and performance monitoring.

IQAC ensures continuous tracking of academic and administrative processes through measurable indicators and evidence-based documentation. The focus of IQAC has shifted towards real-time data management, transparency, and accountability, supported by digital platforms and regular updates on institutional websites.

Furthermore, IQAC actively promotes Outcome-Based Education (OBE), integration of ICT-enabled teaching, research and innovation, and stakeholder engagement. It conducts regular academic and administrative audits, collects feedback from students and other stakeholders, and implements corrective measures for continuous improvement.
